Since 1988: Lancaster’s Local Builders
For over a generation, Bollinger Builders has delivered high-quality new homes, renovations, and additions throughout Lancaster County and the surrounding areas. Our family-run company is built on craftsmanship, personalized service, and a hands-on approach that puts your goals first.
A History of Excellence
Glen Bollinger began building homes after high school, learning from a skilled craftsman before partnering with his brother in 1982. Two years later, they sold their first spec home. By 1988, Bollinger Builders was established, renowned for quality craftsmanship and expanding across Lancaster, Lebanon, and Dauphin Counties. Glen has experience developing and building new homes at scale, from cul-de-sacs to townhome developments, but he has always enjoyed custom home building, and that is Bollinger Builders’ specialty today. As a testament to the quality craftmanship of a Bollinger-built home, Glen has built many homes for customers who return years later for a renovation or addition. He is closely involved in the build process, and you can find him on the jobsite just as often as you can find him in the office.
Glen’s son, Drew Bollinger, took woodworking classes and began learning on the job in high school, and joined the company full-time after high school. He is meticulous in everything he does, and his attention to detail is unmatched. When he is not in the office drafting plans, you can likely find Drew on the jobsite, trimming or XX, and making sure every small detail is coming together to meet the high-quality standards of Bollinger Builders.
