  • Design & Drafting

    Once we understand your goals, we begin the design process. This is where your ideas take shape, from layout and flow to structural details and buildability. We work closely with you to fine-tune each element until the plans feel just right.

  • Final Agreement

    Once the plans are in order and the details are in place, we’ll review everything together and finalize the agreement. This step outlines your custom design, timeline, budget, and scope of work, so there are no surprises moving forward. 

  • Construction

    Our construction phase is where skill meets care. Each beam, nail, and finish is handled with precision by a team that takes pride in doing things right. You’ll see steady progress, consistent communication, and a clean, organized jobsite throughout.
